How does the 130% super-deduction work?
The super-deduction means that businesses – including salons and clinics – can cut their tax bill by up to 25p for every £1 they invest in new machines. This means that companies will benefit from a 130% first-year capital allowance.
Outside of the scheme, most new investments in business equipment will only qualify for an 18% annual investment allowance* – making now the perfect time to get a big tax break on upgrading or expanding the machines in your clinic.
The super-deduction allowance is the most attractive tax incentive for business investment ever offered by the British government.
